Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If they are in resellable condition, we will issue a refund less a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping cost. If the items are not in resellable condition, no refund will be issued. If the product is deemed to have breached consumer guarantees, Stainless for a Steel will cover the return shipping costs. We do not accept returns for custom-built products.
